Booking

How can I get a quote?

After choosing a period (from saturday to saturday in high season), you can contact us by phone or email or enter the information (your name, email, date of arrival/departure, number of adults and children etc.) on the request form. Within 24 hours we will contact you per email proposing our best offers.

How do I accept a quote?

You will get an email with our offers. You can accept the quote calling our office or clicking on the button "Accept Quote". The Cerrano staff will check if the aparment you chose is still available and will send you the contract.

When do I get the contract?

After accepting the quote you will get the contract per email. Please fill out the contract with the missing information (including mobile phone). After signing the contract (in some cases there are 2 pages) you can scan and send it by email, fax or post. Our staff will sign it and send you again.

If I book online, how can I be sure my reservation has been registered?

After clicking on "Accept Quote" you will automatically get an email back saying your request is being processed. Only with the arrival of the contract, you can be sure that your reservation has been registered.

Can I change my booking?

If you want to change the period or the apartment, you have to contact our agency. Please note that availability and price may have changed. Changes to names, personal data or number of guests (up to the maximum allowed) are not subject to a charge.

How can I cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel your booking, you have to contact our staff by email or phone. A cancellation fee may be charged. If you have requested our insurance, you can view its terms and conditions here: Policy.

Payment

Which payment methods can be used?

The down payment (30% of the total price) can be made via bank transfer or postal order. You will find all information you need in the email we send together with the contract. The balance (70% of the total price) is due on arrival, in cash, credit card or check. 

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we request a deposit in cash, ranging from Euro 100,00 to Euro 200,00 (for big villas). If the apartment is left in the same conditions when you arrived, we will return your deposit.

When do I get my deposit back?

Before you leave, we will ckeck the apartment and if there are no damages you will get your security deposit back.

Is it possible to subscribe a travel insurance?

The insurance costs Euro 50,00. You can subscribe it, adding this amount to your down payment. For further information, please click here scarica il documento informativo. (sorry we don't have an English version)

If my down payment is late, will my booking cancelled?

If you forgot to send the down payment, please contact our office as soon as possible. Without an advance payment (30% of the total amount) will the booking cancelled.

Where can I find the payment terms and conditions?

Payment terms and conditions are included in the contract, together with your confirmation email.

General information

Can I arrive/leave later or earlier?

For particular needs you can contact our office. In high season, however, the bookings are always from saturday to saturday.

I have already booked, can I subscrive a travel insurance later?

You can subscribe a travel insurance after having booked, only if there are no reasons for any cancellation. Please contact us, because each case is different and we need the confirmation by our policy.

What time di I get the apartment keys?

Guests can get the apartment keys on Saturday from 15:30 to 19:30. If you arrive later, please contact us by phone, so that we can arrange another solution for your check-in.

If I arrive earlier, can I get in the apartment?

If you arrive earlier, we do not ensure that the apartment is ready. You can check-in, and only if the apartment is clean, you can get the keys. Otherwise you have to come back at 15:30.

What can I do if the apartment is not ready?

We can give you the card for the beach service, so that you can enjoy the sea while waiting for the apartment. If the apartment is not ready and available, we do not give the keys.

What time is check-out

Check-out is by 10.00 a.m. on Saturday. If you need to leave earlier, please let us know, so that we can explain you where to leave the keys. 

If my flight/train leave in the evening, can I remain in the apartment?

No, we are sorry, but it is not possible because other guest will arrive on the same day.

What does the beach service include?

The beach service includes a beach umbrella with two deck chairs. Any additional request can be arranged directly with the the lifeguard.

Can I add a beach umbrella or a deck chair?

The cost for an additional beach umbrella is € 50,00 per week. If you need another deck chairs or sun bed you have to pay the difference directly there. 

About the apartment

Do I need to clean the apartment, before leaving?

The apartment must be left in good conditions; the kitchen and the fridge must be clean. This means that there must be no dirty dishes, pans, pots and also the oven must be cleaned. Do not leave anything in the fridge and do not unplug it.
It is strictly forbidden to leave waste in the apartment. According to the calendar, you will find how to recycle every product, the appropriate bins and the place where the rubbish is collected. If you leave the rubbish in the apartment, Euro 50,00 will be deducted from your deposit. 

Who can I call if I have a problem?

Our staff is at your disposal for any request, information or problem. We will give you a map of the city with all useful information and our emergency phone numbers.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

There are no bed linen and towels in the apartment. You can bring your bed linen and towels or buy them at check-in. 

Are kitchen linen provided?

No, the apartments don't contain kitchen linen, tablecloths, pot holders, dish and floor clothes. We don't buy them.

Is the kitchenette equipped?

In the apartment you will find everything you need to cook: pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc…

Can I get a second key of the apartment?

You can get the second key on Saturday from 18:00 to 19:30 or in the following days. Please remember, that we need the second key one day before you leave.

What time does the office open?

During the summer, the office is open from 9.00-13.00 and 15:30-19:30 Monday-Saturday. On Sunday: 10:00 - 12:30.
